Job Description:

The role leads operational delivery across Victoria & South Australia, supporting the deployment and ongoing management of road traffic safety technology under complex government contracts. You will be accountable for safe, compliant and efficient service delivery across field and remote teams, ensuring technology-enabled services are delivered to strict contractual, legislative and performance standards. The role combines workforce leadership, operational governance, performance management and continuous improvement, with genuine authority to lift capability and execution across multiple regions. A significant focus of service delivery for this role will be across Victoria.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead multi-region operational delivery of road traffic safety technology services
  • Own SLAs, KPIs, dashboards, reporting and audit readiness
  • Direct workforce planning, utilisation, deployment and performance across dispersed teams
  • Manage operational budgets, forecasting and cost control
  • Drive step-change improvement through workflow standardisation, systems uplift and process redesign
  • Resolve operational and technical escalations in partnership with engineering and support teams
  • Maintain compliance with government contracts, WHS, quality and environmental requirements
  • Build capability through structured coaching, performance management and leadership development
  • Represent operations in customer reviews and governance forums

Requirements:

  • Experience in regulated, service-delivery or field-based environments
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, operations, engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent commercial experience)
  • Strong operational discipline
  • Confidence managing complex contracts, SLAs and KPIs
