We are looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to take ownership of our Omonni Chicken business in Belgium and drive the next stage of growth. This is not a head office or strategy role — this is a frontline leadership position for someone who understands how to run great Korean food operations, lead teams, and improve performance day-to-day. You will be responsible for driving sales, improving store standards, and building a strong, high-performing team on the ground.
Job Responsibility:
Taking full ownership of day-to-day operations across the Belgium business
Driving sales growth and store performance
Leading, coaching, and developing restaurant teams
Ensuring high standards in food quality, service, and cleanliness
Identifying operational improvements and implementing them quickly
Monitoring performance and taking action to improve results
Being present in stores — this is a hands-on, in-the-field role
Requirements:
Strong experience working in a Korean restaurant environment
Deep understanding of Korean food and operational standards
Proven ability to run operations and improve performance
Confident managing teams and driving accountability
Highly execution-focused — someone who gets things done
Comfortable working hands-on in a fast-paced environment
