Everyman is a leading cinema and entertainment brand, redefining the premium theatrical experience. Operating 49 venues and 171 screens nationwide, we combine exceptional film programming with elevated hospitality to create memorable experiences for our guests. We're looking for an Operations Manager to oversee a number of venues across the North of the UK. Reporting to the Head of Operations, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced multi-venue leader who shares a passion for hospitality and people and is looking to make a meaningful impact across the business.

Job Responsibility

  • Leading, coaching and developing Venue Managers and management teams, building high-performing and highly motivated teams, creating a culture of engagement, accountability, ownership and continuous improvement
  • Driving operational excellence across your region, ensuring our venues consistently deliver exceptional experiences for our guests
  • Delivering sustainable business performance by identifying opportunities to grow revenue, improve profitability and maximise the potential of each venue
  • Building strong talent pipelines through effective recruitment, succession planning and the development of future leaders
  • Using data, insight and feedback to drive decision-making, solve challenges and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Working collaboratively with support teams to deliver strategic priorities, whilst ensuring venues operate safely, compliantly and in line with company standards

Requirements

  • Strong multi-site leadership experience within hospitality, leisure, retail or another guest-focused environment
  • A proven track record of developing people and creating high-performing teams
  • Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to use insight and data to drive performance and inform decision-making
  • Excellent coaching, communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to support, challenge and influence others
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional hospitality and operational excellence
  • A collaborative, values-led leadership style that inspires trust, accountability and engagement
