Job Description:

Responsible for the operational running of the store and its proper functioning to benefit sales and customers.

Job Responsibility:

  • Organises store operations based on operational KPIs to optimise and improve performance
  • Manages the stockroom and merchandise flows based on the criteria of the Managers
  • Supervises and executes replenishment and verifies its placement on the floor
  • Promotes and ensures that omnichannel related processes are executed and complied with (SINT, IPOD, STORE MODE, CC)
  • Implements new projects and operational updates
  • Is responsible and accountable for minimising shrinkage, and proposes and contributes to action plans regarding store needs
  • Uses analytics tools and tracks KPIs to improve store processes
  • Supervises and is responsible for the operation of store devices, and follows up on technological incidents
  • Supervises store SSGG orders and stockroom supply
  • Shares that business operations are well executed within their normal work routine with the Managers
  • Manages product management with the VM Commercial and GEOS Teams to keep the stockroom inventory up to date
  • Is responsible for managing the external team through communication with their manager
  • Manages the allocation of the operation team’s hours to cover the store’s requirements
  • Properly assigns productivity in preparing schedules and verifies their team’s schedules
  • Continuously trains the teams in their area
  • Identifies and proposes new profiles for their team
  • Develops, recognises and provides constructive feedback for the evolution of the teams
  • Is responsible for compliance with occupational risk prevention, health and work safety standards
