Your future employer is a reputable shopping mall in Johor Bahru. 1. Operational Leadership & Strategy - Oversee all daily mall functions, including Facilities Management (M&E), Safety, Security, Landscaping, Housekeeping, Sustainability, Waste Management and Carpark Operations. Develop and implement robust SOPs to ensure a safe and clean shopping environment. 2. Tenant Management & Retention - Act as the primary liaison for key tenants, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and operational compliance. Oversee the Fit-Out & Handover process for new retailers to ensure timely store openings. 3. Financial Accountability - Take full ownership of the mall’s OPEX and CAPEX budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations without compromising quality. Review and approve procurement contracts and vendor service level agreements (SLAs). 4. Risk Management & Compliance - Ensure the mall adheres to all statutory requirements, including fire safety (BOMBA), health and safety (OSHA), and local council regulations. Lead the Emergency Response Team (ERT) and maintain up-to-date crisis management protocols.

Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Estate Management, Property Management, Business, or a related field
Minumum 5 years of experience in Facility/Property Management, preferably within a shopping mall environment
Driven, ambitious, and assertive character with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Strong communication skills, effective stakeholder management, and proven leadership qualities.
