Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Estate Management, Property Management, Business, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in Facility/Property Management, preferably within a shopping mall environment

Strong communication skills, effective stakeholder management, and proven leadership qualities.
