Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure outstanding service delivery, act as an escalation point for key accounts, and strengthen long-term customer relationships
  • Identify upgrade opportunities across hardware, software, and digital solutions to drive revenue and lifecycle value
  • Manage regional budget, deliver revenue and margin targets, support invoicing and AR processes, and ensure commercial accuracy
  • Optimise service processes, ensure SLA compliance, manage resource allocation, and coordinate project delivery
  • Coach and develop the NSW service team, drive technical competency, and promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in service operations, project management, or technical leadership (3+ years)
  • Strong people management and customer relationship skills
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to drive revenue and margin performance
  • Process-oriented mindset with a passion for service excellence and continuous improvement
  • Technical background (Engineering/IT/Electronics) advantageous
  • Proficiency in tools like ServiceNow, CRM systems, BI reporting, etc.
