Job Description:

The Operations Manager is a professional responsible for supporting the strategic and operational leadership for Global Hospitality Services (GHS) across India. This role is dedicated to assisting in elevating the workplace experience, enhancing client perception, and fostering critical colleague engagement. As a key support for India GHS operations, this role contributes to service excellence, operational governance, and adherence to global standards.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support operations excellence and vendor management
  • Assist in overseeing performance, issue management, and corporate social responsibilities across Indian region
  • Support as subject matter expert in uplifting operational standards, people management, and project management initiatives
  • Assist in ensuring continuous service improvement, operational compliance, and alignment with global standards
  • Support management of operational budgets and identify efficiency opportunities
  • Assist in coordinating and implementing Compliance guidelines
  • Support implementation of robust control measures to minimize reputational risk

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of proven operations experience with strong emphasis on hospitality
  • Experience in executive, food & beverage, or related services including multi-site and multi-service corporate environments
  • Demonstrated experience in third-party vendor management, client liaison, and relationship management
  • Fundamental understanding of operational controls and associate processes
  • University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
  • Professional certifications in Food Safety Management (e.g., HACCP) and/or Managerial Leadership (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma) are highly desirable
