Job Responsibility

Control and supervision of stores (tools store, aircraft parts store) in accordance with company procedures and policies
Supporting the day-to-day operation, ensuring the correct tooling is in place and compliant
Management of shipments of unserviceable parts
Inspection and acceptance of incoming shipments
Maintaining stores to meet policy standards and company procedures as well as upkeeping necessary records and reports in our IT systems
Processing, picking and packing of Aircraft Parts in a timely manner
Assisting with the loading and unloading of vehicles using manual handling techniques
Moving and storing products in the correct warehouse area
Consistently working to a good standard of health and safety

Empty and sanitize trash receptacles and dispose of waste following facility protocols
Replenish supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper in restrooms and common areas
Clean and polish furniture and fixtures
Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees
Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment
Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
Use appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment, including PPE, following all safety and usage guidelines as per OSHA standards
Handle and dispose of biohazard materials safely in designated areas when required
