The Planning & Performance team is responsible for ensuring our courier network remains stable, engaged, and responsive across multiple markets. We oversee the lifecycle experience following onboarding, focusing on enabling new couriers to get started successfully and supporting ongoing participation over time. Our mission is to maintain a reliable and adaptable supply base that can flex in line with changing customer and operational demand. We combine data insights, operational strategy, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure our network remains healthy, resilient, and ready to scale.
Job Responsibility:
Shaping the performance and stability of the courier network across multiple markets
Focusing on the lifecycle beyond onboarding, ensuring strong engagement, sustainable participation, and the right balance of supply to meet evolving demand
Understanding network dynamics, identifying emerging risks or opportunities, and implementing effective operational responses
Maintaining a healthy and responsive supply base throughout the lifecycle
Taking initiatives from concept through to execution and continuous improvement
Translating data and insights into scalable strategies and frameworks
Building practical playbooks and mechanisms that drive consistent performance across markets
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience leading and delivering operational improvements or strategic initiatives in complex, fast-paced environments
Strong analytical capability
Working knowledge of SQL and comfort working with large datasets
Strong stakeholder management skills
A strong bias for outcomes
Nice to have:
Familiarity with experimentation, measurement design, and operational change management
Experience using basic automation tools (like Zapier, smart spreadsheets, or basic scripts)
Experience with courier, logistics, or gig economy operations
