Job Responsibility:
Improve cycle times, output per labour hour, and process flow
Deliver budget outcomes and reduce controllable operating costs
Lead an accountable operations team across multiple functions
Improve alignment with sales, finance and HR
Optimise labour, equipment and material utilisation
Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in business or mechanical
Sound business acumen and solutions-oriented
Operations or continuous improvement certification, such as Lean Six Sigma
Budget ownership, cost control, KPI reporting, and experience of running a P&L
Experience improving plant performance, facilities and equipment
Experience working with sales, finance, HR, suppliers and customers
Sound knowledge and understanding of regulatory compliance and ISO quality environments
Strong capability in Microsoft Office, project management and process improvement methods
