Job Responsibility

  • Improve cycle times, output per labour hour, and process flow
  • Deliver budget outcomes and reduce controllable operating costs
  • Lead an accountable operations team across multiple functions

  • Optimise labour, equipment and material utilisation

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in business or mechanical
  • Sound business acumen and solutions-oriented
  • Operations or continuous improvement certification, such as Lean Six Sigma
  • Budget ownership, cost control, KPI reporting, and experience of running a P&L
  • Experience improving plant performance, facilities and equipment
  • Experience working with sales, finance, HR, suppliers and customers
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of regulatory compliance and ISO quality environments
  • Strong capability in Microsoft Office, project management and process improvement methods
