We’re on the lookout for an exceptional Operations Manager to lead a growing cluster of children’s residential homes in the Lincolnshire area. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of children’s care within a forward-thinking and values-driven organisation.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee and lead 5 residential homes (with more to come)
  • Ensure services meet and exceed regulatory standards
  • Coach, support and guide Registered Managers to deliver outstanding care
  • Drive improvement, innovation and cultural excellence
  • Contribute to strategic planning and the growth of our services
