Role Summary We are looking for a highly driven and execution-focused Operations Manager to lead and manage operations across the South region. The ideal candidate should have strong stakeholder management skills, experience in handling field operations, installations, escalations, and team coordination, along with the ability to work closely with OEMs, customers, and internal teams. This role requires someone who can independently drive regional operations, ensure smooth execution on the ground, and act as a bridge between field teams, customers, OEM partners, and internal stakeholders. Candidates with prior experience in the EV industry will have a strong advantage. However, professionals from allied industries who are passionate about entering the EV ecosystem are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibility

  • Regional Operations Management
  • Oversee and manage end-to-end operations across the South region
  • Ensure smooth execution of charger installations, maintenance coordination, and operational activities
  • Monitor operational efficiency and implement process improvements wherever required
  • OEM & Stakeholder Management
  • Coordinate and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, vendors, and business partners
  • Act as the primary point of contact for operational discussions and issue resolution with external stakeholders
  • Escalation Handling
  • Manage customer escalations and operational challenges with quick turnaround time
  • Ensure effective resolution by coordinating with field technicians, support teams, and internal stakeholders
  • Team Coordination
  • Manage and guide ground-level technicians and support teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Work closely with the inside operations team for installation scheduling, customer coordination, and issue tracking
  • Field Operations
  • Conduct field visits whenever required to monitor installations, resolve critical issues, and ensure service quality standards are maintained
  • Customer Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and operational support
  • Handle customer discussions professionally over calls and in person when required

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in operations, field operations, service operations, or regional operations management
  • Prior experience in the EV industry is highly preferred
  • Candidates from related industries with strong operational experience and interest in the EV sector are also welcome
  • Strong stakeholder and escalation management skills
  • Experience in handling field teams, technicians, and cross-functional coordination
  • Ability to independently manage regional operations with ownership and accountability
  • Comfortable with regular customer interactions and field visits
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi is mandatory
  • Ability to speak any two South Indian languages will be a strong advantage
