In line with our ongoing growth, we are looking for a self-motivated, ambitious, confident individual to step into the role of Operations Manager based at our Dartford branch, ready to take their career to the next level.

Job Responsibility

  • Act as the intermediary between the Operations Department and the road crews
  • Responsible for the management of their team and all job documentation
  • Spearhead day- to- day operational planning
  • Oversee training, recruitment, onboarding, and staff retention initiatives
  • Monitor branch performance and provide monthly reports
  • Actively engage in Sales and business development
  • Supervise the warehouse operations
