Job Description:

We are recruiting an Operations Manager to lead a growing cluster of children’s residential homes in the Lincolnshire area. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of children’s care within a forward-thinking and values-driven organisation.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide short- and medium-term management across multiple homes as required
  • Lead and coach Registered Managers to achieve and sustain outstanding care and compliance
  • Be accountable for the performance of each home in relation to a range of organisational KPI’s
  • Drive improvement, innovation, efficiency and best practice across services
  • Support new home openings and help embed the Kisimul culture and values
  • Ensure services consistently meet regulatory and safeguarding standards

Requirements:

  • Significant management/supervisory experience in multi-site or large and complex settings
  • Experience working effectively with vulnerable people with complex needs
  • Experience of, and a solid understanding of working and meeting/exceeding the standards within regulatory frameworks
  • Confidence in applying relevant legislation and guidance to ensure quality and compliance
  • Demonstrable experience of leading teams through regulatory inspections and achieving ratings of good or outstanding
  • Evidence of working within as an operational leader within a framework of relevant organisational KPI’s including resourcing, financial and stakeholder management
  • Evidence of an ability to effect improvement and lead teams to solve complex challenges
  • A proactive, resilient approach and the ability to inspire and motivate others
  • Flexibility to travel between services within Lincolnshire
