Job Description:

As an O&M Technician, you will be part of our Operations team, responsible for operating and maintaining our robotic car-park system. You will receive on-the-job training from Stanley Robotics experts to become fully operational within a few weeks.

Job Responsibility:

Maintain and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control systems for both the robots and related infrastructure
Perform routine inspections to ensure safe and efficient operations
Operate the facility under normal and emergency conditions, following established procedures and safety protocols
Adhere to environmental regulations, customer requirements, and industry best practices
Assist in developing operating procedures, maintaining inventory, and supporting service maintenance agreements
Use standard IT tools for documentation, reporting, and communication
Maintain a clean, safe work environment and professional appearance of the facility
Strictly follow all safety and environmental procedures to uphold regulatory compliance

Requirements:

Languages: English
French is a plus
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Diploma in Maintenance (Mechanical/Electrical) is considered an asset
Previous hands-on experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance
Diligent, organized, curious, and customer-focused, with strong interpersonal skills
Comfortable using standard IT tools (eg, Google Workspace)
Proficiency in English is required
ability to communicate in French is a plus
Passionate and curious operator & maintenance technician
Understands the robotics environment, and automated processes, and customers' expectations and challenges

Nice to have:

French is a plus
Diploma in Maintenance (Mechanical/Electrical) is considered an asset
ability to communicate in French is a plus
