We are supporting a leading international renewable energy company in the search for an Operations Engineer to oversee the operational performance and maintenance coordination of renewable energy assets across Germany. Job Responsibility:
Coordinating plant operations and maintenance activities across multiple renewable assets
Managing and overseeing subcontractors, suppliers, and external service providers
Supporting operational activities related to substations, MV systems, and plant infrastructure
Monitoring asset performance and preparing operational reports through SCADA systems
Managing incidents, outages, and corrective maintenance activities
Acting as the local operational point of contact for asset-related matters
Supporting HSE, environmental, and quality compliance across sites
Driving continuous improvement initiatives and operational best practices
Coordinating with remote asset management and operations teams
Requirements:
Around 3–5 years of experience within renewable energy operations or asset management
Previous experience managing operational renewable energy assets
Strong ability to work autonomously and manage priorities independently
Comfortable travelling between sites as required
Technical understanding of renewable energy systems and plant operations
Experience coordinating contractors and external maintenance providers
