Operations Lead

This role is responsible for ensuring Connor Kids Academy’s operations run at a consistently high level across all cities. This is a “2-deep” role. You will start below the Director, with the goal of taking full ownership of day-to-day operations over time. You will not only execute key initiatives (events, enrollment, app engagement), but ensure they work consistently, at a high standard, and in a way that scales.
