Job Responsibility:

Effective supervision of shift operations to meet performance targets
Data-informed decision making by assessing production capacity and analysing performance metrics
Ownership of shift financial performance
Strong customer and community focus
Proactive leadership of people and safety
Empowering your team through clear expectations, coaching, mentoring, development support

Requirements:

Proven supervisory or management experience leading large teams in a complex operational or production environment
Strong capability in coaching, mentoring and developing high-performing teams
Sound knowledge of production and operational management techniques, KPI-driven performance, financial principles
Understanding of HR, safety and industrial relations requirements
Familiarity with Australia Post’s operational environment, processing operations, parcels, mail, transport, delivery integration, relevant policies and Enterprise Agreements
