Job Description:

This is a paid internship position from May 2026 - August 2026 in Wilson Siding, Alberta. As an Operations Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in our agri-retail operations, gaining valuable industry knowledge along with personal and professional skills to help build your career.

Job Responsibility:

  • Handling and delivering crop input products
  • Field and crop scouting duties as required
  • Regular facility maintenance and housekeeping
  • Maintaining a safe and compliant working environment
  • Performing exceptional customer service duties

Requirements:

  • Enrolled in a degree or diploma program, in a field related to the agriculture industry
  • Experience or background in the agriculture industry would be an asset
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • Ability to work independently, as well as contribute to a team
  • Strong communication, organizational and time management skills

  • Triage and resolve low-complexity Tools & Systems tickets
  • Maintain accurate access records, license inventories, and role mappings
  • Partner with IT to coordinate SSO/Okta provisioning
  • Execute and track onboarding/offboarding processes for all users across Salesforce, Zendesk, Assembled, MaestroQA, Lessonly, Sprout, Autotab, and Talkdesk
  • Support incident response by documenting and escalating P1/P0 tooling incidents
  • Identify inefficiencies or gaps in provisioning and access processes
  • Participate in scheduled access reviews, internal audits, and data handling assessments involving PII
