Job Description

As an Operations Intern at P&H Milling, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in the field of flour milling. Interns will have the opportunity to work closely with our operations team and gain insights into the entire milling process, from grain intake to flour packaging.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist mill operators in the daily operations of the flour mill
  • Learn and understand the milling process from grain intake to flour packaging
  • Monitor machinery and equipment performance under supervision
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on mill equipment
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Operations Management, Food Science, Agricultural Engineering, Milling Technology, or related fields
  • Strong interest in the food processing industry, particularly in flour milling
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full-time availability for a 4-month term, May – Aug 2026
