The Intern Role will primarily support the Integrated Business Planning Process (IBP) and work with demand and supply processes for the business unit. The role involves optimizing inventory, minimizing costs, and meeting customer service goals across the global business unit. The intern will handle large data sets, requiring critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and strong technical abilities to deliver reporting analytics and standardized processes.
Job Responsibility:
Manage, maintain, and create IBP-related reporting for various global reviews and reconciliations
Collaborate with Regional Teams to support the IBP Process
Drive key KPI improvement activities, such as increasing inventory turns while reducing excess and obsolescence, and improving customer service levels
Assist in standardizing reporting and processes, leveraging technical skills to enhance analytics
Conduct business analyses with findings and recommendations to support IBP and product categories, including SKU rationalization and lifecycle management
Support key projects as required
Ensure compliance with all Federal, State, local, and company regulations, policies, and procedures related to Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance
Manage key projects to deliver inventory and service commitments
Requirements:
Active enrollment in a bachelor's college-level program
Strong technical skills for data analysis and reporting
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle large data sets and deliver actionable insights
Collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with regional teams
Familiarity with supply chain processes and business planning
Technical expertise in analytics and standardized reporting processes
