Job Description:

We are hiring a high-energy operations intern to keep our data collection floor running smoothly. This role supports data collectors who record videos for robotics training data and works closely with the team lead to ensure consistent productivity.

Job Responsibility:

Set up recording stations so data collectors can start work quickly
Solve on-ground technical and non-technical issues for data collectors
Ensure every data collector delivers six hours of usable recording per shift
Handle basic IT support and maintain smooth operations across the floor
Track daily output, maintain reports, and publish productivity updates
Monitor data quality and ensure collectors follow processes correctly

Requirements:

Assertive and able to confidently manage a small pod of data collectors
Basic math and data handling skills to maintain accurate reports
High energy, reliability, and the ability to stay on their feet
Strong problem-solving mindset and comfort in fast-paced environments
