Job Description:

Intermediate level position responsible for processing orders and transactions originating from trading desks and branch offices in coordination with the Operations - Transaction Services team. The overall objective is to facilitate the clearance, settlement and investigation of client securities and derivatives transactions.

Job Responsibility:

Check and verify information to ensure accuracy of booking requests
Generate and match transactions under general supervision
Direct transaction processing issues to the appropriate department and collaborate on solutions
Support the preparation and submission of internal and external regulatory reports
Perform multiple transactions of moderate complexity
Interpret data and apply analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis
Identify policy gaps and makes suggestions to support the streamlining of related work processes
Effectively communicate and collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders

Requirements:

Evidence of ability to manage multiple tasks and working towards deadlines
Ability to perform a range of tasks/projects
Comfortable with working in a team environment and being initiative-taking in recommending improvements to existing processes
Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word)
Self-reliant, good problem solver, and results oriented
Strong attention to detail
Ability to partner with other teams to provide innovative solutions
Ability to effectively prioritise
