Job Description

Based at our Kwinana branch, the Operations Installer plays a key role in delivering temporary works solutions to our customers. This is a position suited to someone who enjoys working both in the yard and on customer sites and with flexibility to support installations, regional travel, and occasional night or weekend work.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist with the safe installation, coordination, and removal of specialised temporary works, in line with Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS)
  • Prepare for site works by organising tools, equipment, and consumables prior to mobilisation
  • Manage on-site conditions, delays, and customer expectations, including variations to scope
  • Coordinate with branches to ensure plant, equipment, and resources are available as required
  • Safely load and unload equipment in line with procedures
  • Carry out general yard duties, maintaining a clean, safe, and organised environment
  • Assist with basic servicing and repairs of non–high-risk equipment

Requirements

  • Current, clean Driver's Licence (MR licence highly regarded)
  • White Card
  • Forklift licence
  • EWP licence (highly regarded)
  • Background in construction, installation, or general handyperson work
  • Confident using hand and power tools
  • Basic mechanical aptitude with ability to assist in servicing equipment
  • Strong commitment to safety including manual handling and load restraint
  • Clear communication skills and a professional approach with customers and team
  • Reliable, organised, and proactive in day-to-day duties
  • Adaptable and reliable in fast-paced, changing environments
  • Intermediate computer skills for reporting and compliance
