Job Description

Operations Generalist role working directly with Founder/CEO to multiply her capacity and execute highest priority tasks including strategy, operations, special projects, comms, fundraising, and building new functions from scratch. Role is for early-career individual who wants to accelerate growth.

Job Responsibility

  • Be the CEO’s force multiplier
  • Research for CEO success in partnership calls, meetings, interviews, etc.
  • Problem solving sprints across the organization
  • Board + investor execution (draft board decks, memos, investor updates)
  • CEO comms (prepare internal comms, All Paws decks, workshops, leadership updates)
  • Fundraising support
  • Triage + admin support (manage CEO to-dos, collaborate with EA, handle selective email triage/writing)
