Job Responsibility

Support the preparation of monthly Management Accounts, including month‑end processes and postings
Contribute to effective cash flow management, forecasting, and financial reporting, including capital expenditure
Deliver finance business partnering support to budget holders across income, pay, non‑pay, and capital budgets
Assist with the College’s budgeting process, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and stakeholder engagement
Support the production of financial statements, statutory returns, and papers for governors
Maintain robust financial controls, regulations, and procedures, and support internal and external audits
Contribute to the effective use of the Finance System and provide wider departmental and ad‑hoc support as required
Provide support to the RCCP process by completing the financial analysis of any proposed restructures
Complete a review of end of month payroll and track to RCCP and Establishment
