2 years + of procurement operations and analytical work experience, preferably some of which has been gained in a Multinational environment or an IT / Software organisation
Understanding of related finance / financial accounting (AP-AR)
Excellent customer service skills & a collaborative, team focused attitude
Demonstrated proficiency in any Procurement & Business Support Tools such as Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Excel, Google G-Suite, Google Sheets, Concur / Forma, ServiceNow, Alteryx, etc.

Job Responsibility

Purchase Order (PO) Processing, Vendor Account maintenance, 3rd party compliance checking, some travel & expense support, resolving tickets via ServiceNow
Manage end-to-end procurement tasks, including NDAs, RFPs, TPRAs and contracts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate supplier onboarding, ensuring compliance and efficiency
Review and reconcile Purchasing card requests, audit expenses and manage credit card maintenance for financial accuracy
Support procurement, travel, and expense processes during employee onboarding and exits
Involvement in Procurement Transformation Projects with the rest of the global team to identify opportunities for process improvement and utilization of automated tools and systems in procurement processes
