Operations Finance Intern

• Assist with the preparation of financial analysis, reports, and account reconciliations
• Support the Operations Finance teams with month-end accounting and close processes
• Help maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Aid in the creation of forecasts, comparing actual results to budgeted figures and providing insights into discrepancies
• Help identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiencies
• Support the reconciliation of operational accounts
• Provide general administrative support to the finance and accounting team as needed

• Pursuing Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field from an accredited college or university
• Finance emphasis preferred
• Be a Winter 2026 or Spring 2027 grad
• Be available to work remotely Monday-Friday (40 hours a week)
• A standard day is 8am to 5pm ET
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products (i.e. Excel, Word, etc.)
• Write simple correspondence and effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of basic accounting principles and financial concepts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, eager-to-learn attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges
• Strong organizational and time management skills
