Job Description

The Operations Finance Coordinator I is responsible for inputting daily sales and banking and all accounts payable activities. Other key responsibilities for the role are listed below.

Job Responsibility

  • Processing invoices for payment in the accounts payable department
  • Requesting vendor statements, reconciling statements
  • Inputting daily sales and banking
  • Filing and assisting with monthly closing of records
  • Communications with vendors regarding issues with payment, invoices, etc.
  • Handling receipts and disputes
  • Bank deposits and post-office mail pick-up
  • Other duties as assigned
