Job Description

We are looking for an Executive Operations in our Fulfillment vertical. You will be joining in a lively and productive workplace where we work together to help other businesses run better.

Job Responsibility

  • Engage with key supply stakeholders, onboard train and register truckers
  • Monitor and enhance performance of supply teams
  • Manage communications between sales and supply teams
  • Manage on-site operations on a daily basis, ensuring discipline and compliance as per previously set standards
  • Deal with any crises that may arise in order to ensure smooth flow of operations
  • Manage both, vendor side and client side, relationships
  • Manage the receivables/payments side of the operations by coordinating with all relevant stakeholders (inter and intra company)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an HEC approved institute
  • 0-2 years of experience in logistics and preferably in logistics operations
  • A can-do attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
