Job Description:

Are you a highly organised problem-solver with a passion for keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? Logobrand Field Marketing is looking for a motivated Operations Executive to join our award-winning team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. As an Operations Executive, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of client campaigns, managing field resources, coordinating logistics and supporting our in-store teams to deliver excellence every time. This is a fantastic opportunity to build experience in FMCG and marketing operations within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Resource Management: Ensure all client field visits are fully staffed, accurately scheduled, and delivered on time
  • POS Coordination: Manage the dispatch of Point of Sale (POS) materials to field teams and suppliers, ensuring efficiency and accuracy
  • Field Team Support: Build strong relationships with our field team to help them deliver brilliant in-store execution
  • Communication & Administration: Handle day-to-day calls and emails, resolving scheduling or staffing queries promptly
  • Logistics & Accreditation: Oversee staffing queries, issue ID badges, and coordinate client accompaniments
  • On-Site Support: Occasionally visit stores to stay connected with campaign activity and support the Operations Manager with ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an operations, administration, or coordination role, ideally within FMCG, marketing or logistics
  • Confident using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, with strong attention to detail
  • A problem solver who thrives on finding efficient solutions in a fast-moving environment
  • A proactive, tech-savvy team player who enjoys working with multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities
