Job Responsibility:

  • Optimising the client journey from onboarding to engagement
  • Managing CRM systems (HubSpot) and workflow processes (Monday.com)
  • Driving KPI reporting and performance tracking
  • Improving processes and automating tasks
  • Coordinating webinars and live events
  • Client Lifecycle Management: Oversee every step from webinar registration to Academy activation
  • Onboarding & Engagement: Enhance onboarding conversion rates and improve client retention
  • CRM Management: Optimise HubSpot pipelines and manage automation workflows
  • Data Reporting: Maintain accurate reporting dashboards in Google Sheets and produce structured weekly KPI reports
  • Event Coordination: Handle logistics for webinars and training sessions, ensuring smooth communication with attendees

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in operations or business operations
