As an Operations Executive at Flo Mattress, you will be the backbone of our customer delivery experience. You will manage the entire journey of our products from the moment an order is placed on our website or Amazon/Flipkart, to the moment it arrives at the customer's doorstep. We are looking for a process-oriented problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
Job Responsibility:
Manage daily order processing through Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and Flipkart Seller Hub
Liaise with 3PL partners (Delhivery, BlueDart, Shiprocket, etc.) to ensure timely pickups and deliveries
Maintain 100% stock accuracy across the warehouse
Conduct regular stock audits and manage SKU tracking
Track Return to Origin (RTO) shipments, analyze reasons for failure, and implement strategies to reduce return percentages
Generate E-way bills, packing slips, and manifests accurately to ensure smooth transit
Work closely with the customer support team to resolve delivery delays or shipping escalations immediately
Requirements:
1+ years in Ecommerce Operations or Logistics (D2C experience is a huge plus)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and comfortable using ERP/Inventory tools
Ability to handle high-pressure situations, such as shipping delays or peak sale seasons
Strong verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with vendors and internal teams
Must be comfortable commuting to our office in Sakinaka, Mumbai
