Job Description

We're looking for a recent graduate or someone with 1+ years' work experience to join our close-knit operations team as an Operations Executive, based full-time in our Hammersmith office. If you're organised, proactive and thrive in a fast-paced events environment, we want to hear from you.

Job Responsibility

  • Venue shortlist, selection and rate negotiation within the agreed budget
  • Venue liaison pre, during and post event
  • Management of external suppliers, including AV, entertainment and offsite dinners
  • Delivery of sponsor branding: signage, conference slides, menus and more
  • Organise speaker and staff travel to events
  • Rota management for the onsite team and team briefings
  • Input into the cost of sales budget
  • Manage supplier payments in liaison with the CloserStill finance team
  • Collate onsite staff expenses
  • Input into the development of the OpenRoom App
  • Working with the Marketing Manager on website development
