We're looking for a recent graduate or someone with 1+ years' work experience to join our close-knit operations team as an Operations Executive, based full-time in our Hammersmith office. If you're organised, proactive and thrive in a fast-paced events environment, we want to hear from you.
Job Responsibility
Venue shortlist, selection and rate negotiation within the agreed budget
Venue liaison pre, during and post event
Management of external suppliers, including AV, entertainment and offsite dinners
Delivery of sponsor branding: signage, conference slides, menus and more
Organise speaker and staff travel to events
Rota management for the onsite team and team briefings
Input into the cost of sales budget
Manage supplier payments in liaison with the CloserStill finance team
Collate onsite staff expenses
Input into the development of the OpenRoom App
Working with the Marketing Manager on website development
Requirements
