Job Description:

Operations Engineer with good communication and technical skills. Proven experience in deploying and maintaining software solutions, strong knowledge of Exchange Online, CFT and related business rules, technical upgrades, and license management. Skills include programming languages like Java/J2ee or C/C#, SQL, Tomcat/Application server, Citrix environments, Windows Server, Linux, and networking/firewall concepts. Adheres to Agile methodology.

Requirements:

Proven experience in deploying and maintaining software solutions
Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, CFT and related business rules
Experience with technical upgrades and license management
Knowledge in programming language: Java/J2ee or C/C#
SQL
Tomcat / Application server
Understanding of Citrix environments
Experience in Windows Server and Linux
Standard understanding of network and firewall concepts
Good in Agile methodology

Nice to have:

Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to diagnose and resolve system issues quickly and efficiently
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with both technical teams and financial stakeholders
Strong interpersonal skills
