Job Responsibility:

  • Maintain a safe and compliant plant operation, fostering a safety culture without compromises
  • Analyze Orca & Mammoth plant data to gain knowledge at the forefront and to design, execute, and validate improvement projects
  • Conduct investigations to identify root causes of Orca & Mammoth plant process and performance issues and implement solutions
  • Report daily on key performance indicators (KPIs) for Orca & Mammoth plant systems, including OEE, energy efficiency, and operating cost
  • Maintain required processes, tools, and models that support successful Orca & Mammoth plant operations
  • Support the plant operations team on a day-to-day basis with process knowledge to improve plant performance and safety

Requirements:

  • B.Sc. degree or equivalent in process or chemical engineering
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience or equivalent practical knowledge in plant operation and maintenance within the process engineering industry
  • Solid understanding of process engineering design, operation, and maintenance, including experience in scale-up and first-of-its-kind environments
  • Willingness to deepen expertise
  • Experience in developing and maintaining process simulations
  • Experience in designing and deploying engineering improvements to processes and running plants
  • Proactive problem solver applying first principles and root cause analysis techniques
  • Data-driven, able to process large datasets to extract meaningful insights
  • Experienced in developing and reporting KPIs
  • Shares knowledge openly, communicates clearly, and collaborates effectively across departments
  • Business fluent in English
  • Willing to travel up to 40%
