Job Responsibility:
Maintain a safe and compliant plant operation, fostering a safety culture without compromises
Analyze Orca & Mammoth plant data to gain knowledge at the forefront and to design, execute, and validate improvement projects
Conduct investigations to identify root causes of Orca & Mammoth plant process and performance issues and implement solutions
Report daily on key performance indicators (KPIs) for Orca & Mammoth plant systems, including OEE, energy efficiency, and operating cost
Maintain required processes, tools, and models that support successful Orca & Mammoth plant operations
Support the plant operations team on a day-to-day basis with process knowledge to improve plant performance and safety
Requirements:
B.Sc. degree or equivalent in process or chemical engineering
At least 3+ years of relevant experience or equivalent practical knowledge in plant operation and maintenance within the process engineering industry
Solid understanding of process engineering design, operation, and maintenance, including experience in scale-up and first-of-its-kind environments
Willingness to deepen expertise
Experience in developing and maintaining process simulations
Experience in designing and deploying engineering improvements to processes and running plants
Proactive problem solver applying first principles and root cause analysis techniques
Data-driven, able to process large datasets to extract meaningful insights
Experienced in developing and reporting KPIs
Shares knowledge openly, communicates clearly, and collaborates effectively across departments
Business fluent in English
Willing to travel up to 40%
