Operations Director

We are looking for an ambitious and talented Operations Director to take our operations organization to the next level. The ideal candidate brings proven leadership in operations management, strategic sourcing, S&OP execution, and cross-functional supply chain operations. The Operations Director will be part of the Leadership Team in Sophion and report directly to the CEO. The role: We are looking for a strong, hands-on, and technically grounded Operations Director to lead and develop operations in Sophion. This role is critical in ensuring that our development, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, and operational support functions work together efficiently to deliver high-quality products to customers worldwide. About us: Since 2000 Sophion Bioscience has pioneered Automated Patch Clamping for ion channel research. Today, we specialize in automated solutions for pre-clinical life sciences. We work closely with academic institutions, contract research organizations, and leading biotech and pharmaceutical companies to create effective assays for screening and characterization. Our solutions empower the study of drug targets and candidates at the bench, reducing development time in discovery and reducing risk in clinical trials.
