The Massachusetts Library System is Hiring! Position: Operations Director Location: Marlborough Salary: $113,347 – $158,696 (annually) Closing Date: 6/2/2026 The Massachusetts Library System (MLS) is looking to hire an experienced Operations Manager. This leadership position reports to the Executive Director, serves on MLS’s Director Team, and contributes to MLS’s overall organizational planning and policy development. Assigned areas include budget management, human resources, BiblioTemps® and cooperative purchasing, organizational records management, overseeing clerical front office and administrative tasks, organizational audits, and office management.
