You will also act as the key escalation point for operational matters and partner with the Directors to deliver business objectives and support growth plans. Job Responsibility:

Requirements:
Experience of excelling within a similar level role focused on managing the operations of a growing business
An excellent communicator, both written and verbal
Confident to manage the operations of a business from day one, with the ability to make key decisions and the confidence to back them
A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
Strong people management skills and the ability to work closely with Directors and wider teams
