Job Responsibility:
Partner with the CEO and executive team to develop and execute the company's strategic vision
Lead global manufacturing operations, providing direction to all plant managers while promoting best practices and standardization
Create and manage annual operational budgets, ensuring alignment with financial goals and performance metrics
Oversee capital expenditures and monitor variances to maintain financial discipline
Act as the primary liaison between manufacturing and key customers, ensuring satisfaction and responsiveness to quality requirements
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in cost reduction, efficiency, safety, and quality
Collaborate with business development and engineering teams to support new product introductions and evaluate business opportunities
Build and sustain a high-performing operations team, with a focus on leadership development and succession planning
Ensure regulatory compliance across all operational jurisdictions
Lead strategic planning and expansion initiatives, as well as special corporate projects as assigned by the CEO and Board
Requirements:
Minimum 15 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline required
Deep understanding of automotive manufacturing
Proven track record in leading high-performance teams and delivering operational excellence on a global scale
Strong experience in: Strategic and financial planning, Capital project oversight, Quality and safety compliance, Customer and supplier relationship management, Tooling and component design for manufacture, Lean and continuous improvement methodologies
Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Willingness and ability to travel globally
Deep understanding of health & safety, quality assurance, and compliance standards
