As an Operations Developer within Operations, you will play a key role in strengthening the business at one of the leading installation companies in the Nordics. Our team works on strategic projects across the Group, covering the full range of Commercial and Production excellence. Your new role & team: This is the role for someone who wants to make a real difference, working on high impact projects and strategic topics for Bravida Group. The role is tailored for someone with an ability and interest to work across a range of topics or areas, shifting from strategy to implementation, and building strong relationships with the business. Your collaborators and stakeholders will range from Group Management to technicians in our local branches. The team is characterized by strong drive, fast pace, and a culture where we support one another. We have a track record of getting things done and affecting real change in the business. You will be based at the head office in Stockholm, but with a Nordic scope. At times, this will involve traveling to other Nordic countries. We are looking for someone who Is positive, solution-oriented and has strong communication skills; Is proactive and independent—you take initiative and move projects forward; Is curious and attentive—you build strong relationships and understand business needs; Has strong analytical ability and can turn theory into practice; Can manage both a broad perspective and dive deep into details when needed. Experience we are looking for: A university degree in engineering, business, or equivalent (Master’s or Bachelor’s degree); ~2 years of experience in consulting and/or project management within strategy or operations development; Very strong communication and presentation skills in Swedish and English (other Nordic languages are considered an advantage); Experience working with senior decision-makers as well as operational teams. Requirements:

  • A university degree in engineering, business, or equivalent (Master’s or Bachelor’s degree)
  • ~2 years of experience in consulting and/or project management within strategy or operations development
  • Very strong communication and presentation skills in Swedish and English (other Nordic languages are considered an advantage)
  • Experience working with senior decision-makers as well as operational teams
