Job Description

The Operations Data Science Senior Associate plays a pivotal role in driving data-powered decision-making across Operations, Recruiting, Sales, Training, and Client Pipelines. This role is responsible for leading complex data analysis, building high-impact dashboards and performance metrics, improving data governance, and delivering actionable insights that directly influence operational strategy. You will work closely with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and various operational units to ensure data accuracy, streamline reporting processes, and enhance organizational performance.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the collection, validation, and reporting of key operational, recruiting, training, and productivity data
  • Oversee end-to-end reporting processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with business requirements
  • Develop automated reporting pipelines where possible to optimize efficiency
  • Provide high-level insights and recommendations to Operations and Recruiting leadership, using analytical findings to guide strategic and tactical decisions
  • Identify trends, risks, gaps, and performance opportunities through deep-dive data analysis
  • Translate complex datasets into clear, concise narratives for senior leadership discussions
  • Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive dashboards that track performance, quality, capacity, and productivity across operational teams
  • Own the development of KPIs for Operations and Recruiting, ensuring relevance, accuracy, and continuous refinement as business needs evolve
  • Utilize Power BI, Excel, and other analytics platforms to visualize data in intuitive and actionable formats
  • Ensure data consistency, integrity, and normalization across all systems, including CRMs, HRIS, LMS, ATS, and internal operational tools
  • Establish and enforce data validation standards and best practices
  • Conduct periodic audits and troubleshoot discrepancies in coordination with system owners
  • Work closely with Research, Training, Recruiting, Operations, and Client Success teams to integrate data, streamline processes, and improve reporting accuracy
  • Partner with operations and system administrators to enhance data collection workflows, reduce errors, and increase efficiency
  • Support special projects requiring data modeling, forecasting, manpower planning, or performance analytics
  • Mentor junior associates or operations staff on data literacy, reporting frameworks, and analytics tools
  • Contribute to the development of best practices, SOPs, and data-driven operational strategies
