Job Description

We are currently looking for an experienced Operations Data & Analytics Program Manager to join our Finance Team. The right candidate will have the opportunity to work fully remote, a hybrid schedule or in the office.

Job Responsibility

  • designing, building, and optimizing data pipelines and models that support critical financial and operational reporting
  • working closely with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, and IT to translate complex business questions into structured data solutions
  • improving existing data architecture, standardizing key metrics, and enhancing the performance and usability of data across platforms
  • shaping data practices, influencing decision-making through analytics, and advancing the organization’s overall data capabilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field
  • 6–10+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or advanced data roles
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Property & Casualty Insurance
  • Advanced SQL and strong experience with data modeling and large datasets
  • Experience building data pipelines using ETL/ELT methodologies
  • Proficiency in Power BI or similar data visualization tools
  • Experience with data warehousing platforms (e.g., Azure Synapse, Snowflake, SQL Server)
  • Working knowledge of Python or similar scripting languages
  • Strong ability to connect data solutions to business outcomes
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills to engage cross-functional stakeholders, translate business needs into technical solutions, and communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
