Job Description:

Operations Coordinator to assist the Sales Team at a global real estate consultancy organisation. The role is based in their award-winning and market-leading Summertown office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to kick start their career, or for someone who is seeking a new challenge.

Job Responsibility:

Providing an exceptional customer experience
Assisting in answering incoming calls
Assisting with the onboarding of clients and properties
Accounts responsibilities including generation of sales invoices, submitting monthly timesheets, expenses and reconciling figures
Preparing reports for weekly and monthly meetings
Being a trouble shooter with system processes and procedures
Carrying out monthly reporting to assist with performance monitoring
Assisting in the creation of property brochures, e-marketing and social media campaigns
Arranging office events
Attending out of office regional meetings and company-sponsored events
Assisting in relevant health & safety protocols and managing office facilities

Requirements:

Previous experience in an administrative or coordinator-type role
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Adaptability, flexibility and good problem solving skills
Excellent standard of English grammar and spelling
Diligent and efficient
Strong attention to detail
Proactive
Team player
