Job Responsibility:
Work with technicians, supervisors and management allocating work, routing and depot administration
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and accurately deal with their enquiries
Communicating job expectations, planning and monitoring of work
Manage data across various systems and compiled reports
Raising purchase orders and dealing with our supply chain
Requirements:
Safety and legal compliance are a must
Well-developed communication skills
Previous experience (1+ years) in an administrative role
Great attention to detail and computer literacy
