A fast-growing biotech startup in Carlsbad is adding an Operations Coordinator to support leadership, internal teams, and day-to-day business operations during a major growth phase. Job Responsibility
Supporting leadership with scheduling, reporting, and operational coordination
Managing internal documentation, project tracking, and cross-functional communication
Coordinating meetings, onboarding logistics, and office operations
Assisting with vendor communication, purchasing requests, and administrative workflows
Preparing reports, spreadsheets, and internal presentations
Helping maintain organization during rapid company growth and expansion
Requirements
3+ years of operations, administrative, or project coordination experience
Startup, biotech, healthcare, or life sciences experience is highly preferred
Strong Microsoft Excel and reporting skills
Someone highly organized who can handle shifting priorities calmly
Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, or project management tools preferred
