We're looking for a highly organized, proactive Operations Coordinator to serve as the administrative backbone of our Operations leadership team. Reporting directly to the COO, you'll support a team of senior leaders — keeping calendars, meetings, events, and systems running seamlessly so leadership can stay focused on the big picture.
Job Responsibility
Provide comprehensive executive support to the COO and Operations VPs — managing calendars, travel, expenses, and correspondence
Own end-to-end meeting coordination, including agenda prep, note-taking, and action item tracking
Plan and execute large-scale events such as the bi-annual SPARK conference, Franchise Convention, and Discovery Days
Coordinate franchise recruitment activities, FAC meetings, and franchisee communications
Administer the Aim High associate recognition program and other field acknowledgment initiatives
Maintain key operational data systems, directories, P-Card activity, and invoice coding
Requirements
Associate's or bachelor's degree in Business Administration preferred (HS diploma required)
3–5 years of administrative or executive assistant experience, ideally supporting multiple senior leaders
Proven experience planning large meetings or conferences (50+ attendees)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
familiarity with RAMP, Navan, Symbeo, or similar platforms a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of discretion
Multi-unit retail, restaurant, or franchise environment experience preferred
