Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to oversee and streamline various aspects of daily operations in production, logistics, facilities, and office management. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills to ensure efficient workflows in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will excel in managing vendor relationships, tracking inventory, and supporting cross-functional teams to maintain smooth operations.

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate daily production activities to ensure seamless workflows and schedules
  • Monitor inventory levels, supplies, and raw materials to prevent shortages
  • Maintain accurate operational records, logs, and production documentation
  • Schedule equipment maintenance and liaise with vendors to ensure timely servicing
  • Build and manage relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure consistent performance
  • Support procurement processes by sourcing materials, obtaining quotes, and processing purchase orders
  • Oversee shipping and receiving operations, including label preparation, documentation, and carrier communication
  • Organize delivery schedules and provide updates to stakeholders on order statuses
  • Manage office operations, including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and facility upkeep
  • Prepare operational reports and identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in operations coordination, office management, supply chain, or a related field
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing vendor relationships and procurement activities
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate across teams
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and adapt to changing demands

Nice to have

  • Experience with human resources administration is a plus
  • Familiarity with operational systems or tools is beneficial
