Job Responsibility:
Coordinate daily office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
Oversee the maintenance of office facilities and equipment
Organise and schedule meetings and appointments
Handle correspondence, complaints, and queries
Plan and coordinate office events and team-building activities
Requirements:
Proven experience as an office manager, office coordinator, or similar role
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
